I’ve studied neuroscience since 2008, and am up to date on the current research on the science of safety. In fact, all of our sales techniques, practices, strategies and teachings are aligned with the science of safety.

The Vagus Nerve innervates (supplies with nerves) our internal organs, our heart & lungs, our throat & vocal cords, our facial muscles and more. We can “cue” safety through our facial expressions & tone of voice… but it can’t be forced. It needs to be real, authentic; that you actually ARE a safe place to reveal their true needs.
In sales, developing trust through being a safe place to land for your potential clients is the pathway to relationship-based sales that generate referrals because of how you treat every person you come in contact with.
