How much does membership cost?
Membership to Rising Visionary is $77 per month. Membership grants full access to the monthly coaching calls and replays, the online community hosted on Mighty Network, the exclusive training library, and other bonuses.
What is the time commitment?
We recommend dedicating a few hours each month to actively participate in the Rising Visionary community. This includes attending our 90-minute monthly live coaching calls, engaging in discussions on our Mighty Network community platform, and working through the resources and trainings provided.

Do you offer free trials for the community?
We don’t currently offer free trials, as we believe in creating a committed and invested community from the start. Where and when are the Monthly Live Coaching Calls?

What is the Polyvagal Theory, and what does it have to do with sales?
The Polyvagal Theory is a groundbreaking understanding of how our nervous system responds to stress, connection, and communication. It explains how we can feel safe or unsafe in interactions, and how that affects our behavior, especially in high-stress situations. Oftentimes, sales conversations can feel stressful!
In sales, when we or our potential clients feel stressed or unsafe, our nervous system goes into “fight, flight, or freeze” mode, making it harder to communicate effectively, build trust, or close deals. The Polyvagal Theory teaches us how to calm the nervous system — both our own and our clients’ — so we can have more relaxed, open, and authentic conversations.
At Rising Visionary, we apply Polyvagal-informed sales strategies to create safe, connected environments in sales conversations. This leads to deeper trust, genuine relationships, and sales that feel aligned, rather than stressful or forced. You can use these strategies for all conversations, not only sales!
What is RolePLAY?
RolePLAY is an interactive, real-time practice we use at Ethical Sales Institute to help members rehearse and master challenging conversations before they happen. Whether it’s a sales call, a difficult conversation with a client, or even a team or family interaction, rolePLAY allows you to practice your responses, experiment with different approaches, and get personalized feedback from Marla Mattenson in a low-stakes environment.
