(A Love Letter)

I thought you might enjoy a little love note about why I founded the Ethical Sales Institute (ESI), and why you might love it, too.

My love note below includes a few reasons you may benefit from joining the community of the Ethical Sales Institute if you haven’t already. There is no financial investment to join us!

Dear Reader,

You may not know this about me: while being the founder of the Ethical Sales Institute, I am also one of the founding Intimacy Experts, and have been a relationship coach for a long time (I’ve also been a Doula, a bodyworker, and a high school math teacher in Los Angeles Unified School District – and a salesperson throughout it all. I’ve had quite a journey to get here!).

And through all my relationship and coaching work, I keep seeing the struggle that incredible people with incredible services are having: how to sell their products and services without feeling icky, uncomfortable, desperate, or offering huge discounts (or even free).

Coaches, therapists, marketers, spiritual guides, relationship and tantric experts, attorneys, finance & wealth advisors, community builders – you name it! I’ve guided them, and noticed this struggle across the board.

And at the same time, I’m noticing there is a growing population of those business owners and individuals who are dedicated to the concept “Do No Harm” and being kinder to others and ourselves, while wanting to serve more and more people in this lifetime.

I also see a growing desire in our world for an approach to business that feels authentic, upleveled, relational and – yes – even spiritual, while being grounded in logic and implementable teachings at the same time.

As a response to my noticing, I decided to blend my 25+ years of Love, Relationship & Sales expertise into one entity that solves this struggle, fills the niche, and serves the desire. It uniquely cares about you enjoying all of your relationships and your business while serving humanity in your expertise. I wanted a place where I could simultaneously enjoy all aspects of my life, and be more of myself in every facet. This is why I love ESI.

Now, I can almost hear you saying, “Marla, how can you possibly be blending love, relationships, and even spirituality with SALES??”

That question is why I invite you to join our community here.

I promise you’re going to see things differently at the Ethical Sales Institute. You might even breathe a sigh of relief – finally, a safe haven, a place that feels aligned with your values that also teaches you how to sell your services so you can earn more than you need.

Because the truth is, we’re in a new paradigm – with new needs and asks on our businesses. Especially if we are small teams and solopreneurs. Changing our definitions and personal relationship to sales so we can sell our much-needed services in the world is needed, now. Who are we to hide our light from others who are in need?

The beacons of who we are can resonate with others who want to spark their own light. Let us be bold and ethical in sharing what we have to share.
